Bathrooms rebuilt from the studs out

Bathroom remodeling is the work we are called for most. We take rooms that have not been touched since the house was built — cracked tile, a tub nobody uses, a vanity too small for the room — and rebuild them as complete, waterproof, well-lit spaces.

Because we carry the trades in-house, one crew does the demolition, the plumbing and electrical behind the wall, the waterproofing, the tile, and the vanity and trim at the end. Nothing waits on another company, and nobody hands your job to a manager you have never met.

Older homes around Rocklin and the towns nearby hide things behind a shower wall. When we find them, we stop, show you, and price the fix before we carry on — so the number you approved does not move quietly.

What a bathroom remodel with us includes

How the work runs

Stage 1

Walkthrough

We look at the room with you, talk through the layout and what you want it to do. No charge.
Stage 2

Scope and estimate

A written scope and price covering fixtures, tile, trades and the order of work, with allowances where you are still choosing materials.
Stage 3

Demolition and rough-in

The room comes out, plumbing and electrical go where the new layout needs them, and inspections happen where the permit requires.
Stage 4

Waterproofing and tile

Membranes first, then tile laid out so full tiles land at eye level and cuts fall out of sight.
Stage 5

Finishes and final walk

Vanity, fixtures, lighting, paint and trim, then we walk the room together and clear your punch list.

Questions we get about bathrooms

It depends on the size of the room, whether fixtures move and how long the materials take to arrive. You get a schedule with the written estimate rather than a guess on the phone, and if something behind the wall changes it, you hear that from us the day we find it.

The bathroom we are working on is out of use from demolition until the finishes are in. If it is the only bathroom in the house we plan the sequence around that and tell you in advance which days are the tight ones.

Yes. Supply and drain work, shower valves, new circuits, GFCI protection and lighting are all ours, which is why a bathroom does not sit waiting on another company’s calendar.

Yes, and it is one of the jobs we are asked for most. We deal with the drain, the framing and the waterproofing as part of it, not as extras discovered later.

Moved plumbing, new circuits and structural changes normally do. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections with the building department that covers your town.

We stop, show you what is there, and price the repair before we carry on. Rot and old leaks behind a shower wall are common in older homes, and it is better to see it than to tile over it.
